Settings window is not on top of other windows №2

Describe the bug

When you open the BetterTTV settings, the Twitch chat settings window is located on top of the BetterTTV settings window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to channel where you mod.
2. Open "Mod View".
3. Press "Three dots".
4. Open BetterTTV settings.

Expected behavior

The pop-up menu should close after opening the BetterTTV settings.
