Export of personnal folder does export password

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in teampass, Enter your salt key to access your personnal data, and check access is ok.
2. Click on the export elements feature in the left menu
3. Select the personnal folder => First problem, only the root folder can be selected, the subfolders are not displayed
4. select csv or PDF format, generate the export file, open the file => Second problem, the pw column is empty

The code of export.queries.php seems to handle the salt key, so I don't know what is wrong with it.

Expected behaviour

• sub-folders of personnal folder are displayed and can be selected
• password of personnal entries are exported

Actual behaviour

• only the root folder can be selected, the subfolders are not displayed
• the pw column is empty in the generated file
