- updates to ggpp:position_dodgenudge() broke the rainside flanking functions
- the width of the boxplots now needs to be specified twice (additionally now in dodgenudge)
- the rain side args and the vignette was updated
- put a ggpp dependency of 0.5.6
- changed dependencies to ggplot 3.4.0 or greater
- added a global seed arguement
