Make scroll wheel tilt buttons remapable [enhancement]

Description

Can you please give us the feature where tilting the scroll wheel can be re-mapped? This way we could, for example, change desktops by tilting the scroll wheel

Rationale

Some cheap mouses have both, scroll wheel tilt and lateral scroll (for example, keychron M6) making the horizontal scroll redundant. By making the scroll wheel tilt remapable we can expand the mouse functionality and avoid redundancy
