$instance should contain the full host name of the instance #114

Currently $instance is used with panoramax.$instance.fr wich does not cause problem as we only have panoramax.xxx.fr domain entries.

In a very near future, this will not be the case. We cannot make pandatory that all instance start with panoramax and of course they will not end with "fr".
