I remember when if you wanted a lib in Dash you had to send a +1 for it to the author. After so many requests the lib would get added. It took Lo-Dash some time before it met the quota.

However, since April, there's Dash-User-Contributions. This would be the route to take.

I would have done it, but I'm actually not using lodash.contrib (yet; only
found out about it 2 days ago), nor do I have the time.
That's how I started this issue - I guess I would have used or I will use
it more given the docs are easily accessible

is there any program that can convert the doc such as .chm .html... to the docsets?

I think the only one close to the goal is andreineculau/dash.mk , although it needs more work (see issues filed re:dash) at for-GET/know-your-http-well

Fyi dash.mk produces a docset, not the new contributed-docset based on some ruby-dsl
