Public participation

We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

Many of us will be on IRC in #node-dev on Freenode if you'd like to interact, we have a Q/A session scheduled at the end of the meeting if you'd like us to discuss anything in particular. @nodejs/collaborators in particular if there's anything you need from the TSC that's not worth putting on as a separate agenda item, this is a good place for that

Hmm, not sure why nothing is listed on the agenda will investigate.

Its pretty strange. The only 2 options I can think of are that somebody recently renamed the tag from TSC-agenda to tsc-agenda or the github searches did not used to be case sensitive but now are. In any case I'll update the automation to reflect the lower case tsc.

I reckon if something has been on tsc-review for more than a week it should be trivial for someone to raise it to tsc-agenda since we all should be engaging with it already, so +1 @mhdawson.

I won't be attending this week but I need to try and get something more meaty on the OpenSSL planning stuff that's part of Strategic Initiatives. We're reaching a critical decision-point for Node 10 and have a very awkward limbo situation with OpenSSL LTS that is going to lead to some tough decisions so we need to start having that discussion.
