when executing
node -e 'require("dns").resolve4("torbox3uiot6wchz.onion",()=>{})'
segmentation fault with core dump

core-node-1556790505-11.zip

works without crash with node v8 and node v12

#25840 should fix that but it hasn't been back-ported to v10.x yet.
