Yum instead of apt #13

What happens if i want to use yum instead of apt? It doesn't work, do you know what the required changes would have to be to make it compatible?

This role could be made cross-distro like https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-role-nodejs; the repositories are a little different, but general setup/structure would be the same.
