Cache purging issue #263

we need a way to automatically purge deleted events (from relays) from the cache.

assume that we have this scenario:

we open the app and it fetches all events of kind 7
the cache system (NDK-cache-dexie) saves these events in db.
we close the app.
someone deletes his kind 7 events.
we open the app again and his deleted events are still there in the app!

how can we sync our cache db with the real data out there?
