Summary

Upgrade Hyrax to 5.0.0rc2.

Acceptance Criteria

  • hyrax and its dependencies have been updated
  • the application starts
  • tickets are created for things that are broken

NOTES:

ref: GBH work (Please note, initially we upgraded hyrax to 4 which was incorrect)

Suggestion: follow Hyrax's release notes for various changes
