error in terminal w/ 404 #41

127.0.0.1:43406 [404]: GET /galleries/2013/07/20/cache/2000/IMG-2013-07-20-WA0009.jpg - No such file or directory

why is this happending?
my images is not loading im my local host

Hi, it could be some reasons:

missing php-gd-lib
no write permissions for web server on images directory
if apache: no htaccess support activated
if nginx: config file not correct

can i use just in localhost without apache and nginx?

What do you mean? It's php and usually php needs a webserver to use real urls.
