nre-learning/antidote-core#30 added functionality to the Syringe command-line tool syrctl to simply validate a directory of lesson definitions.

Once https://github.com/nre-learning/antidote-ops/issues/1 is closed, and Syringe binaries are available for each release, we should add a step to CI to run syrctl validate to validate incoming lesson definitions in pull requests.
