The Page Up / Page Down buttons work only once in the list, the up and down arrows do not work at all

Description of the issue:

When in the Local Library tab, pressing the Page Up or Page Down keys causes the list to scroll up or down one screen, respectively. This is expected behavior. But this only happens once. Subsequent presses of Page Up and Page Down do not cause any action, the list remains motionless.

The list does not respond to pressing the up and down arrow buttons at all.

Thus, you have to interact with the application mainly with the mouse, which reduces its accessibility.
