Issue

In my country (which you can find out in your profile) almost any booru library is blocked.

Feature

Well, accordingly, the solution is to add the ability to connect to proxy servers on socks4/5, Http/s. Why if there is a VPN? My VPN service is occupied by Adguard, and it’s easier for me to stupidly connect to a proxy in a separate application than to disable the blocker and turn on the VPN. Also, Adguard installs its own HTTPS certificate, which sometimes breaks the application (SSL error, due to the fact that the certificate is not root).
