Allow empty/null values for value and defaultValue #1

Basically, should work like this: craftcms/cms#2886

A value should be able to be left blank, in with case NULL will be the stored value.

Furthermore, the defaultValue should be able to be blank (and would probably make sense as the default vs. 0).
