can't install with OPAM in Cygwin due to mkdir #544

Hy,
when executing
opam install ocsigen-start
at the step make install opam can't finish because home folder is read-only in cygwin

mkdir: impossible de créer le répertoire « //home »: Read-only file system
cp: impossible de créer le répertoire '//home/root/.opam/ocaml-base-compiler/lib/eliom/templates/os.pgocaml': No such file or directory

when executing manually the path is fine

$ echo $DEST0
//home/my_user_name/.opam/ocaml-base-compiler/lib/eliom/templates

maybe add ocaml script to create folder ? or change install.sh totally to OCaml
