It would be interesting to see the date at which counties enforced a shelter-in-place, or similar measures.

@PaulJWright this could be doable. Do you have any ideas where we could find this data? There are 3100+ counties, not sure if anyone has put this info together in one place.

@octopicorn, good question. Let me have a look.

https://covid19.healthdata.org has this data at the state level, unsure about the counties. I'll have a look in to their sources.

this has some data, but not county. and not dates.
