LuaIDE caused 'Too long without yield'
LuaIDE now has themes (I was using the treasure version)
Too long without yield no longer crashes the entire computer (it'll hang for a bit though)
Error submission actually submits the error
Moved the crash icon
System crash message no longer crashes it self
You can no longer create a folder in the peripherals screen
You can no longer remove a folders name
term.clearLine no longer moves the cursor position
Edit now works in shell
Rename doesn't error anymore in shell

Bug fixes from GravityScore and Kingdaro.

In short, the fixes are:
A system crash issue
Shell now states the current directory
Files now remembers list mode and show hidden

OneOS 0.9.1 Private Beta

It's finally here! After many months of work OneOS is ready for it's first Private beta.

Please note:

I'm yet to get permission for programs yet, I don't want to get permission then deiced to remove it.
The App Store and Turtle programs have been removed from this release, they're just not ready yet.
Do NOT distribute this beta to anyone or inform them of it. While it is a public repo, it is a private beta.
If you have any suggestions for programs to add, let me know.
Obviously, any bugs you find create issues for. However, if it is an entire system crash (not just a program) it will automatically create the issue, just add a comment explaining what caused it.
