BDEW heat profiles are missing an option for warm water only

Since in the BDEW heat profiles there is an option to include or exclude warm water, I would find it intuitive to be able to retrieve only the warm water profile.
The solution should be quite straightforward: Setting the sigmoid parameters a, b and c to 0, and only keep parameter d.

I will open a PR to include this option.
