The plugin is currently distributed as an online update site : https://gattaz.com/felix.eclipse.updatesite_1.x/
- In Eclipse, goto Help->Install New Software and select Add
- Paste the URL of the update site in the "location" field. As Eclipse can find a site.xml file using this URL, the label "OK" appears just below the location field.
- Give a name to the new Update Site like Felix Eclipse and then click OK.
- Select the feature Apache Felix PDE Support for Eclipse and then click Next and follow the prompts for Installation. The feature is not cryptographically signed and nor is the plugins, so you will get a warning about installing unsigned plugins.
