funnel 0.11 error with AWS batch reconciler #977

When the Reconciler is active for funnel 0.11 I receive the following error in the logs

aws-batch            Calling ListTasks
error                error decoding key logs.0.outputs.0.sizebytes: cannot decode 64-bit integer into a string type

time                 xxx
