Add actual appointments booking

As expectable continuation of small script we can have proper booking functionality :)

There is a code for booking (only Blue Card) in the fork https://github.com/thermatk/munich-scripts/blob/master/termin.py

Probably can be reused somehow

That is super useful, I think we can use some parts of it too.

I checked the code and we can use it to provide two options:
1 - A fixed date chosen by the user
2 - To book the next appointment available
