when checking the centos-stream node I can see fedora-coreos instead centos-stream-coreos or centos-coreos in /proc/cmdline

$ cat /proc/cmdline

Looks like the infra is not in place for SCOS iso so as now we run FCOS and then pivot. #11 track it.
