Idea: Display active model in buffer title

Right now I'm using multiple models (thanks to cheap DeepSeek) and I have a hard time keeping track of which model is currently active in the chat window.

I came up with an idea to add the active model to the buffer title.

It helps a lot.

Maybe this would be helpful to other people too.

You can probably hook into the event system and show something like this in your status line. I think CodeCompanionChatOpened could enable this.

Anything which is going to be subjective for users or relates to UI customization, I'd rather push through events than have to maintain within the plugin.
