any ideas why buffer slash command results error

I have multiple buffers opened and when i use slash command /buffer which is configured to use telescope i get an error.
It was working earlier, but after few codecompanion versions back i started to get those errors. And i have no clue what changed or where.

My telescope plugin is up to date as well codecompanion according to Lazy.

Configuration for buffer slash command if following

Neovim version

NVIM v0.10.4
Build type: Release
LuaJIT 2.1.1713484068

For example /file command with telescope works fine.

I haven't come across this unfortunately. If you raise an issue and create a minimal.lua file so I can recreate this then I can look into it. Are you noticing it with a particular type of buffer?

actually now where you ask i noticed that when i open last nvim session with "source session.vim" then i get an error. If i open files to buffers manually then it works.
But i have no idea now is it neovim, telescope or codecompanion where this bug is hiding.

Just in case my steps with telescope buffer selection

1. open nvim
2. open multiple files in spearate buffers
3. save session ":mksession!"
4. close nvim
5. open nvim
6. restore session ":source Session.vim"
7. open codecompanion chat
8. initiate buffer selection with slash command "/buffer"
9. select buffer from telescope
10. hit enter in telescope and observe the error

Maybe somebody can reproduce. If not then i guess my setup is faulty
