env vars are mismatched and maybe duplicated

  • Remove next.config.env (outdated) if possible to just use .env.local
  • if needed in broswer can be handle with NEXT_PUBLIC_ prefix
  • Align env vars where mismatched (baseUrl <> baseURL <> BASE_URL)
