Wrong shortcut for windows management on Ubuntu

I'm on Ubuntu 18.04.3.

I'm not sure whether the problem is in the software itself or the documentation does not match the expected behavior. When I use the CTRL+W, CTRL+V it does nothing however CTRL+W, V performs a split as expected. It is the same for all other window management shortcuts.

I'd be happy to put up a PR to fix it either for the documentation or the oni2 itselt.
