Logged into portal as scott@onlab.us
Created slice onlab_test1
Attempted to create instance in onlab_test1
Received 500 Server Error 'instance creator has no privileges on slice'

Added SlicePrivilege for scott@onlab.us with admin privilege to onlab_test1
Now able to create Instances
