While looking to improve search result, I didn't found any information about the countryCode parameter that can helpful.

Based on example request:
https://geocoding-api.open-meteo.com/v1/search?name=Berlin&count=10&language=en&format=json&countryCode=DE

Based on code:
https://github.com/open-meteo/geocoding-api/blob/27f1c47e0700022fc8406a751179ca89b6cd4f4d/Sources/App/GeocodingapiController.swift#L41

It could be great to add it 😃
