Programmatic way to determine whether instrumentation version range matches installed package

Hi there,

By pure luck, I realised that the tedious instrumentation supports the >=1.11.0 <=15 version range, and I updated tedious to v16 not long ago.

I'd like to write a test that ensures that the instrumentations I use support the current versions of the instrumented packages.

I debugged my app and looked into the TracerProvider instance, but I couldn't find anything.
Is there a way to do this?
