Fix dependency “GL” to “gl”

I am not sure if this is distribution specific but on Arch Linux the “GL” library is actually lower-case “gl”. Looking at the PKG config file from mesa it is lower-case, too.

I can submit a PR but would like to confirm that this is correct first.
