open_transport execute fail

Sorry, I must use one old version adb server in my project such as android 7, there is not support this command "host:tport:serial:{self._serial}" in _device.py function open_transport(), but could use this one alternative: "host:transport:{self._serial}", could you please consider that to compatible with old adb server version, Thanks.
