as reported in banesullivan/localtileserver#177, localtileserver installation fails... we are safe now because we haven't released the localtileserver requirement.

I create this issue here to be aware in case we release a new version, in which such case we'll have to check that that issue is fully solved, or find a workaround (like pin flask<3 here).

It was fixed banesullivan/localtileserver#177 and it's already available on https://pypi.org/project/localtileserver/0.7.2/
