The canonical way to integrate with OpenSergo SDK:

For traffic governance, we could just integrate with Sentinel (Sentinel has been working on out-of-box support for OpenSergo spec):

Specially, we could leverage the underlying mechanism to integrate with OpenSergo on Service Mesh:
