We just shared our draft with Emerge Tools for approval, Sanity is in pipeline. We plan to publish Emerge on 12/17 and save Sanity for Jan

Josh Goldberg co-maintains typescript-eslint which has a thoughtful and interesting governance model. This might be a great topic for a profile/blog post.
