HI!
I want to use the latest version of pysam (0.15.3).
But vaxrank installs isovar version 0.9.0, which requires pysam version 0.9.0.
Are there any reason of limiting the version of isovar installed by vaxrank? If no, could you, please, soften the requirements of vaxrank and widen the version limits?

Hi @golubnikova -- there were correctness issues using the older versions of Isovar (which Vaxrank depends on) with pysam > 0.9.
We're now in the middle of a series of updates which will make Vaxrank use a newer version of Isovar and with it a newer version of pysam. This should be finished in the next few days.
