agency v1.1.0 With AMQP(RabbitMQ) Support Released!

Hello everyone!

I'm proud to announce the 1.1.0 update of agency, now with AMQP support for multiprocess or networked agent systems!

It took some extra time to experiment until I felt I had made the right decisions on how to integrate AMQP with the API. The good thing is that it forced me to rethink earlier decisions and generalize the API better.
