I am having issues with my Revocalize AI subscription. The voice replacement feature does not seem to be working as expected, and I have not received any response through your support channels (chat or email).

The stripe access don‘t works.

Can you please help me resolve this issue? If the service is not functioning properly, I would like to understand my options for cancellation and a potential refund.
