Welcome to the Weggo Internship development team 🤓 !!

The objective of your internship will be to develop functionalities within the Open Source - Weggo Community project. For this, you will have to learn how to collaborate as a team, share and update code on Github, set up new features and implement them.

Learning path

• Acquire basic/intermediate knowledge of the Flask framework in Python
• Applying agile methodologies such as Scrum to collaborate in teams
• Sharing code through Github following established collaboration rules
• Perform the set ups of the functionalities to be developed.
• Knowing the document-based data structure (MongoDB) and deploying the server locally

Benefits of this internship

• You will learn how to research, plan and develop functionalities in the Flask framework in a team, making use of the Flask methodology. This will enable you to be prepared to work in teams on business projects.
• You will collaborate in a team with colleagues, but also with other people outside the company. Increase your ability to participate in project discussions, improving your soft skills.
• You will work on Weggo Community, which will allow you to learn how an open source project for the development of web applications works.
• You will be responsible for planning, design and implementation of sub-projects. This allows you to know how to develop a project as a whole, and not just the programming part.
