Getting IP Address in Hono

In node.js we can get the ip address using "request.ip" which i want to use for rate limiting but how to get in hono I have tried following options but not getting satisfying results:
c.req.header('x-forwarded-for')
getConnInfo(c);
c.req.raw.headers.get("CF-Connecting-IP")
c.req.header("X-Content-Type-Options")

I believe its c.env.incoming.socket.remoteAddress? Make sure you also add the node bindings:
