Brunei R User Group

Hi everyone, hope you're happy and doing well. I wanted to reach out to everyone in this group since you all took SM-2302 with me, and it's regarding the creation of the Brunei R User Group. Roughly speaking, this is a group where we get together once in a while to learn from each other about latest developments in the R world. If this sounds like something you would like to get involved in, then it would be great if you could dedicate a bit of your time to help organise the group.

To kickstart things, there will be an informal get together on Fri 2 Feb 2024 @ FOS (room TBC) 2.30pm-4.30pm. The idea is to strategise and plan a path forward, especially in terms of leadership and committees. Come and join us set up the first Brunei R User Group -- wouldn't that be great to put on your CV?

Again, this first meeting is informal. We'll just get to know each other, and think about what the objectives of the group are (maybe annual goals), and then plan for the first public R event. Hope to see you there!
