CentOS 10: Missing wifi firmware #807

The following are wifi firmware packages missing from BIB-created isos based on the centos-10 definition:

iwlegacy-firmware
iwlwifi-dvm-firmware
iwlwifi-mvm-firmware
qcom-firmware

Although I haven't confirmed it, I believe that the absence of these packages is the reason for the lack of wifi network options for some devices. Adding @hardware-support to install the Hardware Support group should also resolve this issue.

installer packages. This was originally requested for bootc-image-builder
in osbuild/bootc-image-builder#807
and implemented in
osbuild/bootc-image-builder#808

But it seems a good idea to be consistent and add it here as well.
