- Important: The event is at the New Campus, not the main Karnavati University campus.
- Look for the Karnavati Hostel building.

- Once you reach Karnavati University main entrance, continue past it.
- Look for signs directing to the BBA New Campus.
- The event venue (Block-D) will be near the Karnavati Hostel area.
A designated ground just before the event location is available for two-wheeler parking.
The same ground can accommodate four-wheelers. Follow on-site parking attendants' instructions.
