I'm looking for a way access the GstInfo debug subsystems

I can't find them exposed anywhere in the SDK

This is the declaration I;m trying to access.

they are delivered in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\OSSBuild\GStreamer\v0.10.6\sdk\include\gstreamer-0.10\gst\gstdebugutils.h
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\OSSBuild\GStreamer\v0.10.6\sdk\include\gstreamer-0.10\gst\gstinfo.h

for example. But I don;t see where they are built into the SDK.

How can I access these function on windows?

Yes, I have also looked in v 10.7
