Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current name implies that it's a final review where users could go back and edit the proposal. But the current version is actually asking users to write a brand new summary altogether, which is an intensive user action.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rename step to "Proposal description"
Move this to the first step instead of the last
At the actual review step, show info e.g. voting period (dates), fund recipient etc.
