Is it important that the expression of love be mutual? It appears that Exhibit A says no. It is sufficient for the licensee to unilaterially declare friend/lover status to the licensor.

Clarify if friend/lover status need be mutual between licensor and licensee, and how verification of said relationship status is achieved.
