Usb not getting recognized #9

Elle0 is booting, but:
- Connection via USB to a PC can not be established

Cause is that an interrupt does not get activated when USB is connected

Cause for that is that Ardupilot/ChibiOS can not handle ou board layout, where the USB VBUS is behind boot0
