The requirements for the first version of the oracle are:

Being able to launch the server in a configurable way with parameters determining the type of assets, the frequency of R value and signatures publication, and how far in the futures can R value be accessed.
Being able to retrieve data from cryptocompare.
Having a pluggable architecture so that other data feed can be added or used instead in the future.
R values and signature should be persisted in a database.
