There should be buttons to ask to join the championship, where when the button is clicked a notification pops up that says successfully joined championship, and your name would be added to the list of participants, no redirects occur after the button is clicked. NOTE: no double join but that will be a taken care of in a different user story, but when implementing view a championship it would be a good idea to add the button to the form.
